Projectile hate vomiter has to put even "pardon" in quotes when it's a Negro president

Savonarola is a desperate man. He feels compelled to hate, to denounce, to exclude. His is a strange, white, Anglo-Catholic world in which the punishments of the RC Magisterium somehow collude with his obsession with the cosy, Anglican, monarch-worshipping, Lord Kenneth Clark white-man's-burden-history of art and cute cathedral choirboys. All while he upholds hatred and racism as an advisor to the US Commission on Civil Rights under an administration he himself denounces as led by an illegitimate Negro thug.

But when you've set yourself up as the Victoria Falls of hate spew, sometimes the dry season comes along (global warming, Cassidy?) and he finds himself bottom feeding even in gutters he'd ordinarily disdain. Today's example: an article complaining that the President quoted President Washington- the founder of the nation- on God, but didn't write the word "God" himself:

President Obama's brief proclamation of Thanksgiving Day on November 26 was unique among all recorded Thanksgiving proclamations by his predecessors: it is the first one that fails to directly acknowledge the existence of God.

The beneficence shown by God to America is a theme that traditionally defines the Thanksgiving holiday, and this theme is strongly emphasized in the original Thanksgiving Day proclamations and consistently acknowledged even by modern presidents.

Obama's unprecedented proclamation, however, only makes indirect mention of God by quoting George Washington, stating: "Today, we recall President George Washington, who proclaimed our first national day of public thanksgiving to be observed 'by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God.'"

Oh, by the way, he still hasn't put up his BlognetNews.com ratings widget again, which means his readership is way off.
