NOM's Champions of Marriage continue to seek any voters in need of one.

The National Organization for Marriage has issued a number of press release/money begs announcing they have "identified" four Republican presidential candidates who have "emerged from the field" as "champions of marriage." 

A new poll tracking The Sweet Sixteen in the three early Trumparty Sorting States shows a pretty comprehensive NOM shutout save Ben Carson, whose rise is not attributable to his early, single-digit embrace of its menu for discrimination.

Carson's within striking distance of The Donald in Iowa, but many's the front runner who has foundered once the caucuses were over. In New Hampshire he trails the Talking Hair by 23; by 15 in South Carolina.

Cruz is 7th in New Hampshire; third in the other two states, reaching 10% in only one. Santorum ranks 9, 17 and 14; Jindal, 10, 15 and 12. Jindal alone can claim traction in the Real Clear Politics poll of polls: since our last update- covering polling through 9/8, he has gained one-tenth of one percent, soaring to a 0.04 rating.

We're tracking the Real Clear Politics averaging of all polls and posting how the NOM champions are faring in the overall Trumparty nomination race. RCP ranks the top 15 of the 17 candidates: this week, Gilmore and Pataki remain underwater.
