Anthem-dissing actress: has Roseanne got a get-out of-POTUS-tweetstorm-free card?

Now that fat, mouthy women have migrated rightward as political stereotypes, Roseanne Barr is earning some media for her 30th anniversary reboot of her sitcom, airing in March.

Barr, now 65, is on a tweetstorm for her new mack Daddy, the *resident of the United States.

While she dresses up her views as policy-based, the truth is simpler. They're both grabbers.

When she started singing [the national anthem at a 1990 San Diego Padres baseball game], at first, they were giving her the benefit of the doubt. And then I started hearing chords of boos. Then it started turning to, just like, this nightmare for her. Then when she finished, she grabbed her crotch and spit. And they lost it.
