"It has no kind of fault or flaw, and I, My Lords, embody the law."

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is on C-SPAN talking to a grade school class. Althouse has a precis of his hour-long Q&A.

At one point he tells the youngsters, "In my social views, which I do not apply from the bench, I am a fairly conservative fellow." For a sample of Justice Scalia's views as he applies them on the bench, try on his dissent in Romer v. Evans (1996).
