Queerty says "friends" at Lambda Legal Defense & Education Fund are leaking that the California Supreme Court decision on same-sex marriage will come out tomorrow. They are planning rallies.

The Court has announced the decision will be released tomorrow at 10a PDT. Prediction: they will kick it back to the Legislature, as Washington and New Jersey's courts have done.
