Marriage ban fundraising goes into the lead in CA

Big money from The Knights of Columbus- $1.25m most recently- has put the marriage equality ban supports in California head for the first time with about $7.5m raised, LA Times reports. Opponents have raised about $7.1m.

Want to see if anyone you know has contributed? The Times has a lookup page. It's surprising- given the apocalyptic rhetoric of supporters in the religious sector- how few antimarriage Southerners are getting out their checkbooks.
