This week with Congressman John Spratt

It's been a comparatively busy week for the 5th congressional district's John Spratt. He's put out four press releases: one spinning the Boeing plant decision; one spinning the candidacy of a SC military base for more government largess; one celebrating October as Crime Prevention Month; and one praising the Legislature for patching their screwup over unemployment payments.
