Too bad the chief scout isn't a head of state

The Boy Scouts of America- already a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Southern Baptist Convention and the LDS Church- has gotten a copy of the Catholic Church's litigation playbook: blame parents for trusting authority figures with their kids' welfare.
