Graham consultant bankshots a diss on SC's education system through the GOP

Dalia Lithwick, summing up the carny show that has been the Kagan Supreme Court hearing, says SC Senator Lindsey Graham isn't much worried about his vote for the nominee:

A Graham consultant told the Post this afternoon that the senator needn't worry about 2014: "He's a thinking person's conservative. I expect him to do well among voters with IQ's in triple digits."

The Post article by Chris Cillizza says SC political consultant Richard Quinn made the infra dig comment about conservatives, and goes on to float a number of potential primary challengers for Graham, including two current congressional candidates who haven't even won their seats yet.
