"Greene" tie...get it?
In his debut speech as Democratic candidate for the US Senate, Alvin Greene pulled a Palin when asked how he got up the facts he used in his speech:
Greene did talk about the issues, saying the state's employment and education pictures are at their dimmest. Reached at his home in Manning on Monday, Greene said he relied on several sources for information.
"Research, multiple sources, everything, news. All of the above," Greene said, adding that he had help with the speech but refusing to say from whom.AP fisked the speech and found that Greene's facts on a number of issues must have come from the same magical place as the 100,000 Democrats who emerged from Brigadoon to give him the party nomination.
