          No one made a motion to accept the funds. Instead, Catlin made a motion not to accept the funds.

     New Hanover County, NC commissioners voted unanimously not to accept an $8800 state grant for family planning services to their constituents.
     In 2009 the county's teen pregnancy rate was 47 per 1,000: one of the highest in the nation. The national average was 41.9.

    These damned young women! Having sex and then having babies because they aren't using contraception. Unlike young MEN who don't have sex and don't get pregnant and know all about abstinence.

    The vitriolic stupid rule this country.
