On their honor

     Despite their change-the-subject vendetta against gay Scouts and leaders, the Boy Scouts of America turns out to have spent the last century running a morals operation as secretive as the Catholic Church's for priestly misconduct- and about as effective.
     They say they're sorry, and doing better, but you'll have to take their word for it. They won't let you see the files. You can, however, see The Los Angeles Times' investigative report and document disclosures, here.
