Desiring to improve North Carolina's "brand" while their Prayer & Pizzas bills snake their way through committee, a couple of North Carolina legislators want to trade a statue of a North Carolina racist in Congress's Statuary Hall with one of the patriarch of a North Carolina family of homophobes.

In the process, they'll put seven political appointees on the state expense account for up to four years.
