Specious reasoning on specie
As the Art Pope North Carolina legislature winds its way through the pressing issues of the day- abortion, relaxing gun laws so you can keep one in your bathtub and carry to Tupperware parties; extending the waiting period for abortion to "forever," jamming through the erection of a graven image of Billy Graham in DC- they are nonetheless concerned about giving students a 21st century, knowledge based education.
