Pence and the Pussy-Grabber: best friends women ever had.

Yesterday:

Today:

WASHINGTON — Vice President Mike Pence rushed to the Senate to cast a tie-breaking vote to let states block federal grants for family planning centers, to Democrats’ dismay.

The measure eliminates Obama-era rule that kept states from defunding health care providers like Planned Parenthood for political reasons — and could lead to the closing of health centers across the country.

Senate Republicans held a morning vote open for more than an hour to bring in Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.), who is recovering from back surgery, to cast the tying 50-50 procedural vote on the issue Thursday morning after a pair of female Republican senators defected to vote against it. A grinning Pence, who’d been called over from the White House, then broke the tie to roll back the provision. He repeated that role Thursday afternoon to pass the bill through the Senate.
