The trouble is, most of his tweets in ass-baring moods are so astonishingly vulgar and unpresidential, they tend to crowd out policy pronouncements, which he expresses in platitudes and generalisms because he doesn't understand the details of things like health care reimbursement rates or the importance of Medicaid and Medicare to rural hospitals that serve his base.
Well, that, and he has gotten virtually nothing of significance passed to have any impact to report on.
