It depends on how you define "right"

The First Amendment of the US Constitution states that the right of the people to peaceably assemble and seek the redress of grievances shall not be abridged.

The governor of Wisconsin locked the people out of their capitol the other day. A judge ordered him to reopen it. There have been no reports of violence as as many as 70,000 people gathered in and around the building in freezing cold and snow.

Last night, while Sean Hannity was interviewing Karl Rove, the bug in the corner of the screen was caption "MAYHEM CONTINUES."
