Could be an interesting summer

Newsweek has the story of Poblano, the baseball stats geek who's behind FiveThirtyEight, the political numbers cruncher everyone reads now (we can only imagine what would have happened if we'd come home from college to tell the parents we wanted to pursue a career in baseball stats and regression analyses [First response: "What the hell do you know about baseball?" Second: "We'll pay for therapy."])

Interesting stuff, if only because the Fivester says in rock-solid SC, McCain's only nine points up.
