Swampland reports C-SPAN has revamped its website and put up- free- every second of congressional proceedings video video in its archives:

On its blog, C-SPAN adds daily proceedings will be up about 20 minutes after they occur, and will be completely searchable, with links to The Congressional Record.
The most immediate use for the material will be 2010 congressional candidate "gotcha!" now that the Supreme Court has opened the money fire hydrant.
On the other hand, the comedy stylings of the loons in the Georgia and Texas House delegations will be the objects of hilarity- in full time, not sound bites- their speakers so richly deserve.
