Palmetto Morning links to an article documenting SC's energy-inefficiency and calling for serious action in alt-energy fields like wind and biofuels.

Cotton Boll Conspiracy- who also opposes reinvestment in passenger rail because it wouldn't go anywhere s/he would want to travel- says wind power's not ready for prime time.
