Somewhere in the afterlife, Georg Frideric Handel wants his surname back

Sarah Palin's random endorsement paragraph word generating app has cranked out one for GA GOP gov candidate Karen Handel, one of a number of sketchy contenders in Tuesday's primary:

Handel got a big boost this week when Sarah Palin endorsed her, saying in a statement: "Though considered an underdog candidate (more power to her!), this pro-life, pro-Constitutionalist with a can-do attitude and a record of fighting for ethics in government is ready to serve in the Governor's Office."

One of Handel's opponents, John Oxendine, has dropped a last-minute flyer accusing her of being a pro-gay, pro-abortion liberal. Handel, looking under "G" in the Republican playbook, says she has gay friends but they deserve no legal rights.
