Jim DeMint's hand-picked witch discusses Nazis: somehow it would work out fine and she wouldn't have to lift a finger. And no witchcraft.

Web sites like Talking Points Memo subsequently published other clips, including several from Mr. Maher’s “Politically Incorrect.” In a 1998 episode of the roundtable talk show, Ms. O’Donnell said a lie “is disrespect to whoever you’re exaggerating or lying to, because it’s not respecting reality.”
The comedian Eddie Izzard seized on that comment, asking, “What if someone comes to you in the middle of the second World War and says, ’Do you have any Jewish people in your house?,’ and you do have them. That would be a lie. That would be disrespectful to Hitler.”
Ms. O’Donnell answered, “I believe if I were in that situation, God would provide a way to do the right thing righteously.” That video prompted Joshua Green, a senior editor at The Atlantic, to write, “Christine O’Donnell is the best kind of fringe candidate — the kind with a history of random, long-ago television appearances.”

  1. Not an issue. O'Donneell wouldn't have had any Jews in her home. She wouldn't have wanted to risk her position on Goebbels' staff.
