Pulseless, plugged into a wall outlet, The Penguin has returned to his snarling, "not in an undisclosed location" post-presidential pose. He's even announced he will look for a heart. Not a transplant. His shriveled and died a long time ago.
Thank goodness he can rely on federally-funded health care coverage his party is so keen to deny everyone else in America.
