Thanks very much to several readers who have wondered, "Where's Waldo?"

Some unanticipated matters have kept me occupied elsewhere, and without internet access. It has been a useful time out, giving me some time to think- among other things, about directions this blog might take as it heads into another election season.

It's nice to have been missed.
