Aaron and Melissa Klein, the Oregon bakers socked with a potential $135,000 fine for discrimination in violation of state law last Friday, had a busy weekend.
The couple hauled in $109,000 on gofundme.com; gofundme.com shut the sight down because their policy precludes giving a platform for profit to lawbreakers; Franklin Graham picked up fundraising for them, assuring they will be fully indemnified any day...and, they emoted their grief for The Heritage Foundation, which has made them one of Jim DeMint's pet projects.
