It's like what Andre Bauer said about food for the poor

Senator Jim DeMint's Colorado Mini-Me, Jim Buck, says he's a climate change denier and has a solution for health care in America:
Also in the interview, Buck aired his views on health care, drawing a distinction between access to "health insurance" and access to "heatlh care," suggesting that reform advocates were just getting hung up on the idea of insurance.
"We have emergency rooms. We have charitable opportunities for folks," Buck said. "I don't know how many people truly don't have health care in this country. I think the other side of the debate consistently focuses on insurance, and I think it's a red herring."
"I don't think that insurance is required. And I think it really starts to border on unconstitutional when we talk about the government requiring people to have insurance," he added. Churches and clinics can cover the cost of people's health care, he said, relying on what he called "compassion at a community level."
