Does having such data make it easier, or harder, to deal with loss? Will his friends say, "Oh that's nothing, look what mine registered when my hamster died"?If such things have any value, maybe they will serve as a helpful response to friends and family whose response to loss- especially when they have had a hand in visiting upon us- is to cut us off in mid-sentence. "Well, there's nothing you can do about it now. Just suck it up and move on."
